The “$2 Tour of the Village” returns on Saturday August 26th, from 4pm – 8pm on a closed University Avenue between Calvert and Dill Streets.
This event is hosted by the Riverside/Normal City Neighborhood Association (RNC), the Muncie Action Plan and Ball State University. a
“The Village is an important part of our neighborhood and we had such a great time with the festivals in 2021 and 2022,” said Heather Williams, President of RNC. “This year we’ve worked harder to connect students to the Village and the surrounding city.”
