MUNCIE, IN– Meridian Health Services’ Board of Directors announced Seth Warren has been named as President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization effective August 14, 2023. Current President/CEO, Hank Milius, will remain with Meridian through the end of 2023 to support the transition.
Seth Warren joins Meridian Health Services with over 30 years of experience in healthcare having worked for health systems in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New Hampshire, and Indiana, as well as national consulting firms. Most recently, Warren served as President and CEO of Riverview Health, a health system based in Noblesville, Indiana with two hospitals and more than 25 locations in Hamilton County including imaging, fitness, primary medical care, and immediate and specialty-care facilities. Under Seth’s leadership, Riverview opened its second hospital in Westfield, as well as three freestanding hybrid ER/urgent care facilities.
“Meridian’s Executive/Search Committee conducted a national search and the Board did an excellent job in selecting Seth as Meridian’s next President/CEO,” shared Brent Webster, Chairman of the Board. Hank Milius, current President/CEO of Meridian Health Services stated, “Having been with Meridian for over 20 years, this organization is very near to my heart, and I could not be more confident in Seth’s ability to lead Meridian into the future.”
Warren, originally hailing from Moorestown, New Jersey, has been an Indiana resident for the last 25 years. He and his wife Maureen currently reside in Westfield and have three children. He has been active in the communities in which he lives and works, and has served on a number of boards and committees. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond in Virginia and received his MBA from Syracuse University in New York.
